ForceFive Server Migration – Email Instructions

Note: If you only access your email from Roundcube (i.e. webmail.yourwebsite.com), no changes will be necessary.

iPhone / iPad

1. On your iPhone/iPad, open the Settings app
2. Select “Passwords & Accounts”
3. Select your email account
4. Under IMAP, select “Account you@example.com”
5. Under “Incoming Mail server”, edit the “Host Name” field value and update to: forcefive-s1.com
6. Under “Outgoing Mail server”, select “SMTP”, then select “forcefivehosting.com”, edit the “Host Name” field to forcefive-s1.com

When you’re done, the 2 fields circled in green should show “forcefive-s1.com”

Apple Mail

1. Open the Mail app
2. Go to: Mail > Accounts
3. Select your email account in the list on the left
4. Select the “Server Settings” tab
4. Edit the Incoming and Outgoing mail server fields to: forcefive-s1.com

When you’re done, the 2 fields circled in green should show “forcefive-s1.com” — all of the other fields will remain the same.

Outlook

1. Open Outlook
2. Go to: File > Account settings
3. Select your email account
4. Edit the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers to: forcefive-s1.com

When you’re done, the 2 fields circled in green should show “forcefive-s1.com”
